DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Please note: We curate modern to vintage items in new and used conditions.

Please understand that there is a potential for items to have some flaws or wear, which will be noted in the description.

Please be sure to review descriptions, photos, and measurements prior to purchasing. Photos are a part of the description.

If we make a mistake by sending a product with undisclosed flaws beyond reasonable wear and tear, if an item is materially different from its description, or if your package is missing contents, we will do our best to make it right.

These items may be eligible for shop credit or another appropriate resolution upon review and approval.

If discretionary shop credit is approved, we aim to issue it within 24 hours of the final determination.

USPS SHIPPING CLAIMS

Customers experiencing lost, damaged, or missing packages are encouraged to contact USPS directly to initiate an investigation or file an insurance claim when eligible.

Lady Bennett 18 may provide available tracking information and shipping documentation upon request. However, we do not routinely file USPS claims on behalf of customers.

Shipping concerns involving an incorrect item, an item materially different from its description, or an order that was not delivered will be reviewed by Lady Bennett 18 in accordance with our Shop Policies and applicable law.

Lady Bennett 18 reserves the right to deny discretionary shop credit requests when unsupported by the available information. This does not limit any rights or remedies required by law.
