Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Lady Bennett 18, located in North Las Vegas, Nevada (“Sponsor”).

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on the first day of each calendar month at 12:00 AM PST and ends on the last day of each calendar month at 11:59 PM PST (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes in one of the following ways:

A. Automatic Entry Through Purchase

• Each item purchased during the Promotion Period counts as one (1) entry.
• Bonus entries may be awarded for designated actions such as leaving product reviews, following social media accounts, or other listed activities.

B. Free Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

• Participants may enter for free by completing the Official Entry Form available on our website during the Promotion Period.
• Limit one (1) free entry per person per month unless otherwise stated.
• A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Entry Requirement

All participants—whether entering through purchase or free method—must submit the official entry form to be included. Entries not submitted through the official form will not be counted.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor.

5. Entry Tracking

Eligible entries (purchases, bonus actions, and free entries) will be recorded and stored securely by Sponsor’s system. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will be selected each month. The prize will vary monthly and will be listed on the Sweepstakes information page. Prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

The drawing will occur within seven (7) days after the Promotion Period ends.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by the email provided on their entry form. Sponsor may also announce the winner on the website.

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, another winner may be selected.

9. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. A purchase does not increase the chance of winning.

10. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may use their first name, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:
• Lost, late, incomplete, or inaccurate entries
• Technical errors, website outages, or system failures
• Any injury or damage resulting from participation or prize use

By participating, entrants release Sponsor from all liability arising out of participation or prize acceptance.

12. Cancellation or Modification

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time if fraud, technical failures, or other unforeseen events compromise the integrity of the promotion.

13. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Privacy

Information collected will be used solely for Sweepstakes administration and communication with participants. Sponsor will not sell or share personal information except as necessary to operate the Sweepstakes.
